A Tech-Driven Approach to Personalised Learning

In an era where technological advancements have transformed numerous sectors, the educational field still lags behind in embracing substantial change. While televisions, smartphones, and even cars have evolved dramatically over the decades, traditional classrooms remain strikingly similar to their past incarnations. This stagnation is concerning, especially when the importance of education in shaping future generations is considered.

For instance, the modern television has undergone several iterations from the bulky black-and-white boxes to sleek, smart devices with internet connectivity and interactive capabilities. Similarly, the automotive industry has seen cars evolve from slow-moving vehicles to high-speed, efficient, and even self-driving machines. In stark contrast, educational methodologies have seen minimal innovation. Despite the introduction of digital classrooms and online content, the core teaching practices and student engagement strategies have not kept pace with the rapid advancements seen in other fields​.

This disparity underscores a critical need for innovation in education, a gap that Intriguesphere e-learning aims to bridge. This startup is dedicated to revolutionising the learning experience by addressing the unique needs of each learner, thus ensuring that education is as dynamic and personalised as possible.

Data collected from a survey of 350 professionals reveals a significant disconnect between education and career relevance. Among these respondents, 51.7% reported that their current professions were irrelevant to their fields of study. Additionally, an alarming 62.5% of professionals indicated they would choose a different field of study if given the chance, reflecting widespread regret over their educational choices. Even more striking, 87.3% reported they had not received any professional counseling or career guidance during their education​

Intriguesphere e-learning proposes a novel solution to this pervasive issue by leveraging technology to create a more personalized learning environment. The approach begins with identifying the type of learner using a proprietary methodology, which is currently under review for copyright protection. This method allows the startup to segment users based on their learning preferences and needs.

Once the learner type is determined, the startup creates multiple learning contents tailored to each type and dynamically provides these materials based on user engagement and feedback. This adaptive learning model ensures that each student receives the most effective educational content in a format that is easy to understand. Moreover, to enhance accessibility, these learning materials are offered in all vernacular languages, ensuring that language barriers do not impede learning​
